InfiCare Technologies India is part of InfiCare group of companies with headquarters in Virginia just outside of Washington, DC in the US. InfiCare offices are in Gurgaon and Mumbai India and in Dulles VA and New York in the US. Since founding in 2001 InfiCare companies have grown into a diverse yet related set of businesses.

InfiCare India has four business units:

• BPO: BPO division handles business processes for US clients that are in healthcare as well as other verticals. BPO team works 24 hours to support clients in three time zones across US.
• Staff Augmentation, Training and Certifications: Manager level and above placements for clients in India, providing contract resources For clients in the US as well as multinationals in India.
• IT consulting, Remote support and DBA services: Consulting practice spans several technologies. IT facilities management, remote support and remote DBA services are also a 24 hour operation that supports our clients in US and in India
• Mobile Telecom: VAS application development, rollout and maintenance services, infrastructure projects.

InfiCare’s Shared Services group services these business units with ensuring uptime on infrastructure as well as providing, HR and administrative support.
